bad service

trying to move my services to a new location, the current tenant has service, but when i try to enter location, the portal just says it not available. I tried calling and explaining the issue, but I just get transfered from one department to another. also tried to escalate the issue but they just transfer a person that tell you the same thing over and over, best just to cancel service.
