"I've been extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by MWeb Despite numerous attempts to contact them about issues with my connection, I've been met with long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and a general lack of resolution. For instance, emails were ignored, and phone calls resulted in multiple transfers without resolution, leaving me feeling unheard and adding to my frustration. It's been frustrating and unacceptable.

I've tried to resolve this issue by calling their support line multiple times and sending emails detailing my concerns, but unfortunately, I haven't seen any improvement or resolution.

This poor service has significantly impacted my work, causing delays and frustration. Reliable internet is crucial for my tasks, and the lack of support has hindered my productivity.
