Bad service

I have been trying to contact mweb since 8 am nd not getting threw it took all my airtime I left a msg for call back on Facebook as well but nothing yet.i purchased a voucher from vuma on mweb 5.20am this morning the money was debited from my account immediately I checked with Bank also bt when I tracked my order it shows order number but I must make payment first before activation nd I did pay already.
