Bad Service

Good Day....I just got a fiber package from Mweb recently via Evotell, firstly the router was delivered late, after finalizing the sale via phonecall from Mweb......I struggle to get ahold of them, as they claim my line was active from the 30th of March 2023 and now I am being charged already for 2 months and I haven't started using the the package yet because its not even active but already my account is arrears.....I have tried every means of communication to get ahold of mweb, I have not had any luck and they busy sending me statements via email saying a i owe them for something thats not even working plus the prices are different to what was advertised

So please please.....I need help, I tried to call to cance even asked evotell to help but none of us are having any luck with reaching mweb
