Bad service

Good evening

I am frustrated with mweb as there is no communication we paid our monthly fee but our services is offline.We are the only ones in our complex that's down.Try phoning them but it's after hours so there is no help at all.Whom helps us that comes late from work?Also we early out so how must i know if its off during the day when someone askes me if its on.The answer is no one.Cant see that there is an outages or nothing no reason for my services to be off.Please contact me
