BAD SERVICE

BAD NEWS 24/7 To tell the truth! I can't even rate them a one,. Ordered a internet line with speed 100Mbps. quick installation but endless problems with connecting. There router that they supply is pathetic with in 7 days replaced, reason they give you two connection 2.5 Ghz and 5Ghz. What they don't tell you is it won't reach 5 metres down your house. 24/7 throttling or cutting service. No Internet connection! I ended my service after 18 days of absolute frustration and bad service. There technicians each have another solution without solving the problem. YOu will not get what you pay for and after service is your problem. Spare yourself much frustration, don't go the MWEB FIBRE ROUTE!
