Bad service & communication!

One star too many! My father in law has been a subscriber for a few years now, but the service levels dropped significantly! He moved from Middelburg, Mpumalanga to Pretoria on 1 March 2021. His debit order went off for the full month, without having had any service up until today! They 'claim' too have called him in a sms he received, but they didn't. Furthermore, this service cannot be treated as a 'new service' as it is only a transfer...but no order (nothing) shows regarding this request when you logon to their website. Communication with them is also disastrous!
