Bad service

Wowww what a inconvenience they don't inform us about noting i have to work from home but I have no internet ...my debit order goes of every month but the service is poor. I called and they just said they doing maintenance or someting....I had to buy me data to work ....this is so bad I'm thinking of going wit another provider...had to wait so long on the phone a person would think they would have a call back option..Megan ***
