Bad service

After 1 week of phone calls every day, i still dont have internet. How long more? I tried phoning this morning i was number 87 in the que. Held on until i was 33rd and still no internet. Is this worth my wait, money or anything, if it takes this amount of time to solve 1 problem, then i feel sorry for the 87 other people in the que!!!!
