BAD SERVICE

I took connection with MWEB cause I had such connections with them while being supp**** internet by Vuma. We had to relocate and we found Vuma again but still with MWEB. Now we moved to another place and this time it’s openserve with MWEB again but the problem is that, the premium started as R419 something and then was increased to R530, then increased again to R619 and now it’s increased to R699. The reason why we shop around is for affordability and if these providers are increasing their premiums as it’s fits them, that doesn’t serve justice to us as citizens. I even lodged a query with MWEB regarding my contract and even today I haven’t received any feedback. At the moment I just want to cancel this contract and look for something affordable.
