Bad service, call center agents not able to help.

What a bad experience, I haven't had internet connection for 4 days, everyone I call them they claim to have change an IP address or refreshed something, and then I get connection for literally 2 minutes after I dropped the call with them, and I loose connection all over again. Today I have spoken to 3 agent one after the other and still sitting without internet connection. They very quick to disconnect when you don't pay, but now I cant do my work, my kids can't connect to their devise and non of their call center agents are not helpful at all. When you ask what is the problem, no one seems to know, it's a trial an error investigation that work for 2 minutes and the problem reverts again. This is so annoying, im canceling my contract with them, with immediate effect
