BAD SERVICE

Disappointing service. Been with Mweb since 1998, with various products. At present just had Mail box. Decided to get their LTE product 23-10-19 Sit for ages waiting for agent to assist. Said I would revert to Scott(very Obliging)Went on their not user friendly web site, couldnt add product to mail box so I did new order. Eventually Scott did tel back. Saw I had mail box that I could add to product at no extra charge. I did receive Nil statement that same day for both products. all the holding & waiting in between until today. I was told by Unathi that to get my mail box added. I must back up my mail box so they could clear it then it would be down for 3 days. I get my mail in Outlook NOW WHY DIDNT THEY REDO MY ACCOUNT ON FOR LTE ON 23 OCT 19. I HAD NOT RECEIVED IT IT THEN. THEY WAIT UNTIL DEVICE IS RECEIVED , SET UP AND IN USE TO TELL ME THIS. THIS IS BAD SERVICE i HAVE TO PAY FOR MAIL BOX & lTE PRODUCT SEPARATELY
