Bad service

I recently chose a sim only package and afterwards tried to get a router added on to my account to only find out the canceled my account after the sales person said you can get it added on. So after having ot for a total of 4 days I need to pay for the initial month and a cancelation fee even though I did not ask them to cancel my service, the consultants aren't very helpful in this regard and keep transferring you to other consultants.

Would not recommend them.
