Bad service

Good day. I received my sim and hardware. The sim have been activated on the 28th of January 2023 and still nothing working. Try to phone mweb but holding on for ever and a day. when they answer they put you throught o technical and their they more worse to help you. they also dont want you to speak to a manager to lay a complain. Worst service provider ever.
