Bad service by MWEB-unstable network

Mweb has worst network system, the network is unstable, to make it worse , out of the blue they want to charge me early contract termination and i have never terminated my contract with them. From there they were just talking about different amounts of money which i do not even understand as to what is that for, ranging from R699 to more than R4000. They do not respond on time to the complaints, however they are very quick to suspend the services. This is the worst company on ISP i have ever dealt with.
