Bad Service by Mweb

The worst internet experience ever. My subscription was cancelled, waited out my Month notice which ended on 30 April 2023. I app**** by a new ISP and they could not connect me on Zoom because of Mweb not doing their Job properly. When you phone them, your minimum time on the line before they pick up, is 15min (For your own account) After 2 days on the phone with Mweb, this morning someone was able to assist me and removed Mweb from the Zoom line so my new ISP can connect me. Pathetic. Their reason (today 2023/05/04 only) is when they moved Fibrestream to Mweb, did not have the ONT number, after I supp**** it today, the line was completely cancelled. Never would I recommend Mweb to any body.
