Bad service

Useless, I've had no email on my main email address for nearly 4 weeks. It's impossible to get hold of anyone to sort it out. I was given a timeslot for today 23/01/2026 at 10:00 - 10:30 for a call from a technical assistant. did not receive any call. Mweb should be ashamed of themselves for this type of service....
