Bad service

I have been experiencing terrible service from Mweb over the past 17 days. I moved premises, despite multiple attempts to resolve my issue, I have met with delays & unhelpful responses. This has caused inconvenience and frustration on my end & the issue remains unresolved. Every time I call, I am either placed on hold or given vague answers. I expect better service from a provider like Mweb and hope this review prompts someone to take my case seriously.
