Bad service

I am with mweb yhooooo bad service those people they have, I've been suffering a down time with them they cut my internet before payment is due 8- 10 days before I'm due to every 16th they suspend my line I call them I write on their so called portal offwhich I don't even knw why they have it coz no one reads your queries, queries from 2 months ago r still laying there not attended. Now I called them this month on the 15th trying to find out is my line gona be suspended again I was assured that no my payment is due the 26th hahahahah guess wot my line was suspended I've been calling them since they put me on hold for 20 -30 minutes to tell me they gona escalate it mean while I'm offline until they debit again the 26th that's when escalation come through. Everything you call you must start your story from scratch no notes to refer to to show that it was escalated no Maan Mweb is got very poor service they don't care about th3ir customers that don't even compansate your down time. I'm very mad with Mweb I would recommend anyone to them
