Bad service

The service is shocking , we where paying a little as R 500 and then all of a sudden paying over R700 not even been given a reason or ward ! Then we tried canceling it and then told to pay double the amount and to drop off the unit! Or get charged for it ! Shocking and best yet the fiber is bad !
