BAD SERVICE. BAD ATTITUDE! !!
As everyone knows things are getting expensive and for my household I am unable to pay R790 for internet so we want to move to another ISP but in order for that happen we need to cancel our current account at Mweb.
Well what mission,we tried to cancel our account at mweb and every time we phone they say they will log a callback.
We are yet to receive this call back as we phoned on 18th and the query was logged on the 23rd on the app.
Be weary people even the word "cancel" will get the phone dropped all of a sudden.
its the 3rd of May so its almost been a month, as understanding as one can be we phoned again and were told they will call us back.... 3 days later still nothing so we commented on the query logged but nothing just silence, no email to say they have been trying to contact me, no voice mail or message.
Week later we call them...No answer.
So as frustrated as one can be after all this time we phone the Sales department hoping someone can give us some answers or something!! anything but "call tomorrow and they will log a call back" or "This is not our department " and when we want to speak to a manager or just someone really to assist... they are not on duty which is understandable but then we ask for an email(preferably managerial but anything would have worked) we then are given an email we think is the Manager but one google search later it is an email given by Gerard for a Credit controller.
But on top of Mr. Gerard...now you would expect a company who delivers products and service would have good Customer service skills.
Not in this case Mr Gerard has an attitude....let me tell you why we express our frustrations and we are told to call between 08:00 -13:00 , we then tell Gerard we are fed up and sick and tired of the ****py service that we have been receiving and we are met woth a snarky chuckle saying "we are the number one internet service provider in the country" ...no your not honey lets google it again, he is rude, arrogant and not what you would expect from Mweb (yikes!)
