Bad service

I order their LTE deal, the router was delivered and I was told that it would be active on the 12th. From the 12th on the daily I’m calling I’m being told nonsense about how I should insert my sim in the device and that the sim will be activated within an hour. Close to two weeks later with no assist, I’ve been majorly inconvenienced, I need to go to the office to work if not that I need to buy prepaid data whereas I paid for this ****. I’ve never been so annoyed in my entire existence. Definitely will not recommend their services to any.
