Bad service

Bad service received indeed from MWEB, in January 2024 they have increased their fibre subscription from R489 to R539, today I have received another letter to say as from 1st of March 2024 my subscription will be increased again to R579. I have called them to query this , I was kept on hold for 20 minutes while I was promised to see what they can do for me, after long hold. I was told my call is transferred to cancellation department as there is nothing they can do for me. I am very disappointed after being loyal customer to MWEB I was forced to cancel my subscription, I am hoping for someone to give me call explain the above to me
