Bad service!!

I am extremely disappointed in the bad service I have been receiving at mweb. I requested for installation for my fibre package since last year December and it has not been installed. I have called countless times to get feedback however mweb has never given me the courtesy to call me and provide me with an update or feedback as to when a technician will come out and install my package that I'm being billed for but not even using! This is a disgrace and this is not the service a client should receive! If no one comes out to do the installation by the end of this week I am definitely canceling my account because this is bad service!
