BAD SERVICE AT MWEB

I want to Share with u I hv been look forward to Fiber since 06/01.... Now installed and all on the 16/02 I ve been struggling to get an activation ever since tjerrrr its so frustrating....

1. No communication 2. No direction 3. The escalation process does not work 4. Faceless u can't deal with one person so every time u call it a new person
