Bad service App useless

We have been with Mweb for a long time and since 2019 with Openserve but since Mweb website changed to live chat the app is absolutely useless, you never get hold of someone on the livechat, the website says livechat is available til 20:00 weekends but even before 17h00 there is no one to assist and if you call you hold on forever just so your issue is not resolved . You can also not log qeuries or outages like in the past where your queries gets actually resolved. Then not even to talk about openserve
