Bad service and turn around time in resolving a problem for a client

I signed up for an LTE route the sales department were efficient fast and the product was delivered the problem is I logged a fault on the router and its almost a week know the problem is still not solved instead every time I call technical support I am told that they have logged the problem to 3rd party being Cell C and they unfortunately cant give me a turn around time when cell C will resolve my internet connection problem I am inconvenienced by this dilemma and will be going to look for an alternative service provider my business is clearly not taken serious I am know using my phone for connecting which costs me a lot more than what I am paying currently
