BAD SERVICE AND THEN UNABLE TO CANCEL CONTRACT EXCEPT TELEPHONICALLY DURING BUSINESS HOURSL

Shocking service been without access on linked internet fibre services where lines have been crossed and in 14 months unable to resolve. Now to cancel the contract, it only allows me to do so during office business hour and only via telephone.
