Bad Service and RediculoursTurnaround Times!

Mweb installed the router at my place more than 2 weeks ago. To date I have still note received the password to access the WIFI. Every time phone in I'm given a new turnaround time. I am getting no help!

Agents refuse to transfer or escalated my query to a manager or team leader.

This is by far the worst service, my previous network provider (Rain) offered a better service.
