Bad service and poor query management
So instead of responding to my query you choose to remove it I have been complaining about the service if you track my queries it has always been about slow connectivity I had to month to month products with you one was canceled and remained with one as I wanted to give it a chance but still no resolution so you must look at queries as a way to improve your services. I have paid for the service that I am fighting for and should be taken with seriousness as it affect my work whin I in turn am required to pay for the servicr. My issue is not resolved as much as I have canceled the subscription I paid for the month we are in as our contract end on the 31 May 2026

05 May 2026, 13:20Hi Norma,
Thank you for taking the time to explain this in detail. We understand how frustrating and exhausting this has been, especially when you’ve raised the same concern repeatedly, paid for a service that impacts your work, and still haven’t seen a lasting resolution. This is not the experience we want for our clients, and we recognise how seriously ongoing slow connectivity affects your day‑to‑day productivity.
To help isolate whether the issue is related to signal strength or interference within the premises, we’d like to ask that you try the following if you haven’t already:
Please test the connection with only one device connected to the network and check whether the slow speeds persist.
Test again while standing directly next to the router to see if there is any improvement.
Try moving the router to different locations in the premises, ideally placing it higher up or closer to a window, and retest the speeds.
If there’s no noticeable improvement after these checks, please share your most recent speed test results via direct message on Hello Peter so they can be analysed further.
Kind regards,
Mweb Team
