Bad service and lying to clients

Biggest ****I moved to a new adrres and wanted to change my line with Mweb to the new address just to find out that Mweb cancelled their servixes with the line provider so I have to stay at the address I was living at. Forcing me to stay at the adress not being able to move. Now they want me to pay cancelation fees. I payed the first down payment which they allocated to the line keeping my internet alove and not to the cancelation. I tried to contact them but waiting on the line for long times I stopped calling. No-one feom Mweb even vothered to contact me after I didnt make the second payment l, They just handed me over to a collections company. I cant in my right mind suggest Mweb to anyone. I wont be able to sleep at night. Now also after everyhting they added extra amounts to my account. They just want more and more money even after you cancelled the services
