Bad service and incompetence

Pls guys dont ever request web hosting with a SSL Certificate from MWEB.<br> <br> They seem to be clueless wrt the pricing and procedures involved. It took me two weeks and writing a letter to head of business sales in Jhb(Michelle) to get the correct pricing and my proposal for my business.<br> <br> After I finally get my proposal it took a couple of days and then the account manager forwards me an E-mail that someone forwarded to him asking me for a CSR that i must request on the web server, but I dont even have the web hosting yet! Then the certificate guy phones me and seemed to think that SSL has problems with Unix hosting sometimes. My account manager still asking me for letters and domain printouts even though he doesnt know what this entails. Going on 3 weeks i have solved or heard nothing. This points clearly to the fact that they do not have a clue about the policies and requirements for certain business processes. The one just passes the buck to the other because its not his job to know something.<br> <br> If you gonna sell stuff guys! Pls figure out how it works and what is required....Account managers!
