bad service and false advertising

the router was delivered and now we have been struggling to actived the wifi.Mweb after service is the worst in the country.its not as in the same complex that has been struggling .this morning when we phoned the first time they said the line has been cancelled how can that be as everything has been installed .please make sure you get the correct company for fiber and not mweb
