Bad service and connectivity

Multiple times the service connection was disconnected. The team does not respond to connection queries. Spent a full month with no internet connection, with no feedback and the onus was on me to try have the issue resolved, however no support was provided and no communication. Really quick in debiting for a service that was not provided. Cancellations specified to be 30 days, however took more than 60 days with the aim to debit you even beyond the cancellation. If you dispute they will put you in arrears. Poor service, poor connectivity and would not recommend them.
