Bad service

I am a new customer for a Mweb and I am disappointed at the poor service I am receiving already. I had my fibre installed but I didn’t receive a router. I have been calling to get assistance but you hold on the phone for so long then when someone finally answers you get transferred to another person then it cuts. This has been happening since Friday! The live chat option is not helping too. I am so frustrated! And reading the reviews now I might have made a very bad choice here, so disappointed!
