Bad service

MWEB is the worst service provider. Ive been battling with my fibre connection since last year, when you phone the customer call centre first you have to hold on forever, once they answer you must switch off the router and or laptop, how does one work like this. Got a new router Im sure its not set up correctly, since yesterday having problems and now its AGAIN the waiting game???
