Bad service

Very bad experience I paid my account yet I’m still disconnected I try messaging them I only talk to the rebot it’s not helping I’m still waiting for an agent to send me a message since 7 am , also tried calling no response this is not fair I tried paying again it’s not working because I don’t owe them anything 💔I can’t work now cuz I don’t have WiFi
