Bad service

We are really disappointed in the service we recieved from mweb, we have been a customer for many years, upgraded from a LTE product to fibre in August 2024 since then struggling to get Fibre installed at our residence, after numerous phone calls the answer is always the same that it has been escalated. On their side shows completed which is not the case, no one at mweb or managers bother coming back to us
