BAD SERVICE

i have never seen such... a big company like MWEB has *********** stuff with no product knowledge ... its a shocker.... Now Mweb wants me to pay for a router that i didnt get to use when i tell them about cancelling .Joshua,Jared,Robert Ross,Chad, Tayte ect ,does it take the whole nation to get an LTE connection activated?
