Bad Service

I'm very disappointed with the service I've received thus far from Mweb and especially the consultant Jody Smith. He was friendly and happy to sell me the product before I became a client and now he blatantly ignores my requests to terminate the service as I have moved houses on top of that I have been billed for the month of December yet I'm not even using the service anymore. Its appalling and disturbing.
