Bad Service
They actually do not even deserve the 1 star I gave as they are useless. We took a fibre contract with them; guess what? Up until today, we still cannot use the service as it is not connected. We've been calling and put on hold for hours on end and haven't gotten any help. Right now, as I type, we are still on hold for Sinovuyo to give us feedback. The chat started at 08:25, and until now she hasn't said a word about the problem. Why are they still in business? Poor service and everything. I'll never recommend it to anyone. Come month-end, they will want to deduct for the services we didn't even use; this is madness
