Bad service

I must say that this is my 2nd month with Mweb and I received the worst service ever, been calling from Tuesday day and night to get my SIM card activated used airtime over R300 and yet the issue is not resolved! The same story but no results, they’ve been telling me that the issue is with MTN they will escalate. All we want is for the services to be activated as I have paid for it!
