Bad Service.

It is unfortunately that i cant give no stars because that is how much I think of Mweb. I have a fibre line of 20mbs down and 20mbs up. I can reach a good figure in the day but come nighttime and these are the speeds. When I took out this contract I was told NO THROTTLING. Now how do we come to these figures if there is no throttling. I have spoken to them and was told they do throttle you if you watch streaming on any other platform other than Netflix and Dstv. I use an android box so my evenings are not what i expected as we have so much buffering. I cant even find an email address for them so this is the only platform but I wont hold my breath.
