Bad service

Mweb service is pathetic I have been trying to activate my sim card since November till now I’m not getting any service, instead you busy sending me sms asking me to activate. Karabo Mjodina even after I told you how frustrated I was with your service you did not bother to help , call disconnected and you did not call back . You guys are pathetic
