Bad turn around time to repair or reconnect a failed line from Sunday logged a call Monday followed up told it will take 3-6 working days to reconnect as they will only be able to come out if there is an M Web technician in the area I pay every month an amount of 699 + the price just went up for March 57 Rand and you have to wait till it suits them to come out and replace a cable .In this digital economy if you are not connected to the internet you do not earn. so for everyday I am not connected I will be delaying payment when it is due for the number of day I could not earn a living . Do not do business with M web if you want your Business to fail your customers like they are failing me as their customer soon moving to another brand.
