BAD SERVICE

Since they have migrated to a new email platform I am experiencing problems on my email account. If you contact their technical department you get in a queue. I waited for 6 hours 18 min on Wednesday 29 January and my problem were not solved. I tried again on Friday 30 January and after 3 hours 20 min I got through to a technical representative. By then I had guests 20h07 in the evening and I requested a call back on Monday morning. Nobody called me and I again tried to call and were told that I am caller no 31 in the line. From my 2 previous experiences I know it is again a 6 hour wait to get help. This is the worst service in the world!!!
