Bad service

I have never in my life received such bad service and felt so under valued as a paying customer. There is no proper communication!! They dont give you much assistance with setting up your connection and then dont even do outbound calls to help you set up everything!! they just debited my account and i am still not connected. They are ****y on the phone and expected me to just know everything.
