bad service

we have app**** in May 2020 for wifi and I must say mweb service is so bad nobody is comeing back to us.you can leave message that they need to phone back and then you get sms please dont phone we will contact you .we stay in complex and people after us that app**** wifi has been installed.they had problem with the adress and we did explained to them.I phoned today again and was holding on for more than 30 min and then drop the phone.the adverticing false information wi fi in 2 weeks
