bad service

I have an LTE deal with Mweb i haven't been able to connect to the internet from the 13th of November to date. No communication received, i am getting billed whilst im not using the service as it is faulty

I am frustrated because of lack of urgency to my issue, and non communication. its been 17 minutes since I'm on hold , waiting for help
