Bad service

I app**** for WiFi a month ago, they came and viewed my place and apparently the infrastructure is a bit tricky but after that they never came back and I've been spending R90 a day for data...someone sent me an sms and I told that lady that I don't want to use them anymore and that I'd like my money back she it seemed like she understood me but since then which was sometime last week no one has contacted me and I haven't received my money.
